Andrew is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience leading at strategic and operational levels. Internationally established with proven ability to deliver in tight and resource stretched settings where immediate and enduring impact is required and understanding the subtle, yet intricate, importance of strategy, people and processes is fundamental to success.
His career highlights are as Principal Strategy Advisor to the Premier and Governor of Bermuda on resilience, emergency measures and preparedness and Senior Military Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs in Oman where he led strategy teams and implemented cross-government national level change policies and programs.
He holds a Masters in Information Management and Technology and has practical technical experience in design and operational delivery across diverse supply chains. He headed up the concepts, design and delivery teams and was program manager for the migration of the UK Ministry of Defence's internet users to a single platform to deliver new capability for 250,000 end users. He has delivered technical solutions on a national scale for border security and maritime capability in remote locations and has a thorough understanding of operational and program management across diverse and often geographically dislocated teams.
Andrew regularly advises organisations on cyber resilience and has participated on expert panels discussing supply chain risk and cyber insurance innovation.
